Kanawha prosecutor requests disqualification in ambulance death case

KANAWHA COUNTY, W.Va. (WOWK) - A request has been made by the Kanawha County Prosecuting Attorney's Office to appoint a special prosecutor to the case involving the former ambulance driver accused of fatally running over a man.
